I'd say hoax based on nothing other than the REAL down-blouse picture of Nicky blowing out her birthday candles.

In that, you see she's flat as a board.

Being so flat, implants would look terrible on her... you'd get breasts with that bolt-on look, not the pendulous ones in those pictures.
